In an advisory on its Twitter account, the MMDA said the number coding scheme is still in effect for Monday. Under the number coding scheme, vehicles with plate numbers ending in 1 and 2 are barred from Metro Manila’s main thoroughfares from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
