The Office of the President will not issue a Memorandum Circular suspending work for government or the private sector today, August 8, but work suspension directives issued by local governments and other government agencies remain effective. Malacañang also decided to let classes resume in areas and at curriculum levels where it suspended classes on Tuesday.
