THE Cebu City Government was expecting Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) to make a payment on its South Road Properties (SRP) purchase last Friday, but no one from the firm showed up.

This was after FLI reportedly learned that the City Council has yet to pass a resolution that will authorize Mayor Michael Rama to sign and deliver the deed of absolute sale.
