PUBLIC Works Secretary Rogelio Singson ordered on Thursday the immediate investigation on the “covered manholes” in Metro Manila that allegedly caused flooding in parts of the metropolis recently.

Singson directed the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) regional director and district engineers of the National Capital Region (NCR) for the prompt inspection of the flooded areas to check the real numbers and location of the covered manholes.
