MANILA – Majority of the members of the House justice committee found sufficient grounds on the two impeachment complaints filed against Ombudsman Merceditas Gutierrez.

The committee will proceed with the impeachment hearing on Wednesday where the complainants will present pieces of evidence against the Omnbudsman.
